Tiffany Neal, M.Ed. is the founder and owner of The Literacy Ladies, where she sets the vision and oversees high-quality literacy support for students in grades K–8. With over 20 years of experience in education, Tiffany brings deep expertise in reading and writing instruction grounded in research and real classroom practice.
Tiffany most recently served as the Elementary Literacy Coordinator for Keller ISD, where she supported literacy instruction across kindergarten through sixth grade. She partnered with teachers and leaders to strengthen foundational skills, guide instructional decisions, and improve student outcomes across the district.
At The Literacy Ladies, Tiffany conducts comprehensive literacy evaluations, develops individualized learning plans, and supports her team of tutors to ensure instruction is targeted and effective. She also partners with schools and districts nationwide as a literacy consultant and curriculum designer, supporting research-based instruction.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas. She is a certified teacher (EC–8, ESL) and a former Elementary Teacher of the Year.

Melissa Alexander-Blythe, M.Ed.Melissa Alexander-Blythe, M.Ed. is an experienced educational leader and literacy expert with over 20 years in education. She currently serves as the Coordinator for Advanced Academics and CCMR at Fort Worth ISD, where she leads districtwide initiatives for Advanced Placement (AP), SAT, PSAT, and college readiness, while supporting campuses in strengthening advanced academic programming and expanding post-secondary pathways for students.
She previously served as a Director of Advanced Academics within a charter network and as a District Literacy Coach at Keller ISD, where she supported educators in implementing high-impact literacy instruction. Her classroom experience includes teaching 8th grade ELA, remote instruction, and AP English Language and Composition, where her students consistently performed in the top 10% nationally.
Melissa holds a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education and is completing doctoral coursework in Curriculum and Instruction. She is a fellow and teacher-consultant with the National Writing Project and has completed study at Columbia University.
Melissa is passionate about helping students build strong reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.

Belinda brings over three decades of experience in education, with deep expertise in reading and writing instruction for students in grades K–8. As a certified Reading Specialist and Academic Language Therapist, she provides structured, research-based instruction tailored to each student’s needs.
She is passionate about meeting students where they are and helping them grow by building on their strengths. Belinda creates a supportive, trusting environment where students feel comfortable taking risks, building confidence, and developing a lifelong love of reading and learning.

Lori brings over two decades of experience in public education, including 12 years in early elementary classrooms, 5 years as a literacy coach, and 3 years as an assistant principal. She specializes in K–2 literacy, with a focus on building strong foundations for reading and writing from the very start.
Her instruction is grounded in developmentally appropriate, explicit teaching across phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Lori is passionate about helping every child succeed and creates a supportive environment where literacy feels meaningful, joyful, and accessible.
Fun Fact: Lori is a travel enthusiast who has visited seven countries—including a memorable trip to Australia where she held a real koala!

Melissa brings over a decade of experience in education, including teaching grades 2–4 and serving as a district literacy coach. She has supported both students and educators across K–6 in Reading Language Arts, with a focus on creating authentic, engaging learning experiences.
She believes students learn best in environments that are safe, supportive, and built on strong relationships. Melissa fosters curiosity, reflection, and collaboration, helping students grow as confident, capable learners both academically and personally.

Jennifer brings over a decade of experience in upper elementary education, with expertise in both Language Arts and Mathematics for students in grades 3–5. In addition to supporting literacy development, she plays a key role on our team in providing targeted math support, helping students build strong foundational skills and confidence across content areas.
Her teaching is rooted in the belief that every student can thrive when supported, challenged, and inspired in a safe and inclusive learning environment. Jennifer fosters a growth mindset, encouraging students to view mistakes as opportunities for learning while building resilience and confidence.
She values strong relationships with students and families, creating a supportive environment where learners feel empowered to grow and succeed.

Felicia brings over two decades of experience in education, including 19 years as a kindergarten teacher and 3 years as a district literacy coach. She specializes in early literacy development, working with pre-K students and developing readers to build strong foundational skills through engaging, hands-on instruction.
She is passionate about making learning both meaningful and enjoyable, helping students build confidence while developing a love of reading. Felicia creates a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to grow and experience success—during the school year and beyond.
Fun Fact: Felicia is celebrating her 22nd wedding anniversary this summer and sending her oldest child off to college while her youngest enters 10th grade at Timber Creek.
